Before Devon Daniels was discovered by John Fox and John Graham (owners of Score), she had an accounting job and was attending Florida Atlantic University.
She didn’t consider herself a model. Devon never modeled for any other studio and had no interest in turning to modeling as a career. The girl next door is part of her appeal.
Late July, 1988: She posed for the first time in Grand Exuma Cay (Bahamas) with it’s 37 miles long tropical beach, white sand and turquoise waters.
The Tropical House sits on a 20-acre estate with total privacy to walk around topless and naked. Two of the bedrooms had glass sliding doors opening out to the sea.
Devon & Lisa are dressed like schoolgirls. At first inside the beach house, then the girls move to the lawn and get out of their outfits, keeping their stockings and garters on.
You can walk for miles in this secluded area without being disturbed. When Devon Daniels & Lisa Phillips shoot was finished, they traveled back to Florida.
With her introduction to the readers of Voluptuous magazine, she was hailed as the next best discovery since Roberta Pedon (discovered 10 years earlier).
January, 1989: The second time Devon stood in front of a camera, this time solo in Florida.
After showering Devon finds her way to the living room. She starts a routine of dressing up and putting on make-up (Big Hair, Bigger Tits ).
The 4th set is also made in Florida, in a 1940’s style outfit and with darker make-up (The Girl In A Bullet Bra ).
It’s unknown when The Big-Boob Car Wash was made, either before taking a shower or on a totally different day.
The Beach Legend isn’t actually made by John Gram or John Fox. It was made by-then boyfriend of Devon.
He was also the one whom contacted John to feature her. He was most certainly a professional photographer, considering the quality of photographs made by him.
Devon retired from modeling after the second shoot, in 1989. She never planned to make modeling a regular part of her life.
However, readers of Voluptuous magazine did voted her Model of the Year 1999, ten years after her last photo shoot.
